Our Super City at 9:30 this morning was buzzing with Super Bowl preparations. Luckily I hit the red light at Washington Street and West Street so I could take a picture of this huge logo going up on the side of the JW Marriott. I am fascinated by the all the planning that goes into marketing an event as large as the Super Bowl so I searched and found a TV news story that explains the preparation behind this 34 story sign that will depict the Lombardi Trophy. According to the TV report, work will be wrapped up in the next 6 days.
